Jim Lefor Receives Full Circle Standout Award
Dec 05, 2024
Congratulations to Jim Lefor for receiving the Full Circle Standout Award!
Full Circle Standout is a quarterly award program where our employees are nominated by their co-workers. The nominee must display integrity and embody the core values that align with Full Circle Ag, which include:
· Honesty and Integrity
· Leadership
· Teamwork
· Tenacity
· Continuous Learning
· Safety
Jim works in our Energy Division and has been with the company for over 15 years. Here are a few things Jim’s co-workers had to say about him:
“Jim is one of those silent behind the scenes workers who gets things done that most people don't even realize are being done. Whether it is new installation, repair, tank and leak checks, or inventory efficiency, Jim does it all. He almost always answers his phone when it rings, and if for some reason he doesn't and gets a voicemail, he returns the call promptly. He never complains no matter what the question is or what the job request is. He tackles every task without delay and with enthusiasm. He is the answer at the other end of the question!”
Congratulations again to Jim Lefor for receiving the Full Circle Standout Award!
